BRUMA

Punta del Este Residential 2026

The project

Bruma is a beachfront residence in Punta del Este conceived around openness, privacy and a strong connection to the ocean. Layered terraces, deep overhangs and warm natural materials create sheltered outdoor spaces that extend daily life toward the coast. Timber, stone and soft neutral finishes anchor the house to the landscape, while broad openings frame the horizon and allow light, wind and sea to become part of the architecture.

A coastal residence shaped by horizon, shelter and the changing light of the Atlantic.

Creative direction

The direction centered on the horizon: terraces and deep overhangs framed as sheltered thresholds rather than transitional space, timber and stone left in their natural tones, and every wide opening composed to keep the ocean in frame — a body of imagery built around light, wind and the changing coastal sky.
